After graduating from Neuqua Valley High School, Dr. Meredith Ann Gantos completed her undergraduate education with honors at Michigan State University. She then received her doctorate from The University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry where she graduated at the top of her class. While attending UIC, she taught periodontal and prosthodontics classes, received numerous awards, and was among a very select group of students chosen to participate in the Advanced Pre-Doctoral Implant Program.
Following dental school, she continued to pursue her strong interest in esthetic and surgical dentistry through an advanced residency program in San Antonio, Texas. During her residency, she was exposed to cutting edge technologies and concepts. She has a strong passion for cosmetic and re-constructive dentistry, periodontal surgery, and implantology. Dr. Gantos takes great pride utilizing these advanced skills to help patients achieve a beautiful, healthy, long-lasting smile while ensuring they are always comfortable in her care. Her advanced training in sedation dentistry and special licensure ensures patient comfort and safety are always a top priority. Additionally, she strives to build professional relationships with all of her patients centered on compassion and honesty.
Dr. Gantos is an active member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society, Illinois Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, and the Dental Organization for Continuing Sedation Education. She is a published author as well. Her passion for higher education and clinical excellence is evidenced by her part-time clinical teaching position at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Downer’s Grove. She participates in many continuing education opportunities and prides herself on staying current with the latest research and trends. Additionally, she believes charity work is at the heart of her profession and volunteers regularly.
During her free time, Dr. Gantos enjoys painting, photography, journaling, and yoga. When she’s not at the office, you might find her biking along the forest preserve or with her nose in a book at the local coffee shop. Dr. Gantos is excited to be back in her hometown serving her local community.
Britly Barton, DMD

Dr. Britly Barton graduated Summa Cum Laude from Augustana College in 2010. She then completed her doctorate from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 2014. During her time at SIU-SDM, she received the Joseph M. Sim Scholarship, the Delta Dental of Illinois Award, the American Association of Public Health Dentistry Award and American Association of Women Dentists Award.
Since graduating dental school, Dr. Barton has fine tuned her clinical skills in various settings including private practice as well as providing dental care to children from low income families. She has had extensive clinical training in pediatric dentistry and loves making even her tiniest patients feel comfortable. She believes that above all, the dentist-patient relationship is built upon trust. She loves creating beautiful smiles and improving her patients’ overall health. Dr. Barton is a member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society and the Chicago Dental Society.
Outside of the office, Dr. Barton enjoys spending time with her husband in Wheaton. She loves cooking, reading, traveling and running. She’s getting ready for her newest adventure as her and her husband are looking forward to the arrival of their first child this November!
Danielle Cascioli, DDS

Dr. Danielle Cascioli received her Bachelors of Health Sciences degree from McMaster University while living in Hamilton, Ontario. She then completed her doctorate at the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry. After graduating, she returned to her hometown to work with her mentors and family dentist while providing the local community with the highest quality care.
A passion for knowledge, Dr. Cascioli has taken countless continuing education courses to expand her expertise in all areas of dentistry with a special focus in aesthetic/cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, sleep apnea and TMJ dysfunction. She is enthusiastic about these areas and takes great pride in improving the quality of her patient’s lives. Dr. Cascioli knows firsthand how it feels to be limited by jaw clicking and pain and the transformative power of treatment. She is happy to share her story and journey with braces and how they have changed her life for the better.
A Canadian native, Dr. Cascioli is very excited to call Chicago her new home! Whether you are coming in for your first appointment or a check-up, her engaging and friendly personality makes her a delight to be around. She takes a special interest in helping patients transform their smiles to look and feel how they've always dreamed! Dr. Cascioli is an active member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society North Side Branch.
During her free time, Dr. Cascioli expresses her artistic talents in the form of cooking, baking and cake decorating. She enjoys fitness and yoga, but will never shy away from pizza or pasta! She loves to travel and try new restaurants. She’s always looking for suggestions, so feel free to share with her your recommendations for places to visit and eat in Chicago and around the world!
An Illinois native, Jessica has found herself all over Illinois and North Carolina while her husband was serving in the United States Marine Corps. Before working at our office, Jessica worked as the Regional Vice President Assistant and Regional Director of Human Resources Assistant at a big box retail store. After 10 years of success with her company, she craved a new challenge and wanted to pursue a career in the medical industry.
A fast learner and hard worker, Jessica soaked up a wealth of dental knowledge and immediately began to shine as our team lead. Her communication and customer service skills from her previous job experience made things an easy transition for her. Jessica loves speaking with our patients and advocating for them with the insurance companies. She helps patients understand their insurance benefits and coordinates treatment appointments. She also ensures our team is always adhering to our high standards and compliant with all regulations.
Jessica is a proud baseball mom and police wife. When not in the office, you will find her watching football on Sundays, sitting around a bonfire on a cool fall night, or spending time with her huge family (she has over 30 first cousins)!
Janet is our dental veteran with over 25 years of experience in the field. She loves dentistry because it is always evolving and never stagnant. She enjoy keeping up to date with the latest information and learning something new no matter how long she has been in the game.
A wealth of knowledge, Janet enjoy assisting patients in utilizing their dental insurance efficiently and facilitating treatment. As our liaison to dental treatment and patient care, she helps navigate and explain treatment options and assists with finances and all insurance inquiries. Janet also serves as our patient advocate when coordinating benefits with insurance companies. Janet is most fond of meeting new patients and welcoming them to the practice.
In her free time, you'll find Janet spending time with her husband and large family. In particular, she loves summertime and backyard barbecues with her family and friends!
A glutton for knowledge, after earning her bachelor of science in biology, minoring in English, and receiving a renaissance studies certificate, Nikki continued to pursue her intellectual interests with a master's degree in biomedical sciences.
A love of art and healthcare motivated Nikki to seek out a career initially as a dental assistant. For the past three years she has sharpened her skills and obtained various advanced certifications. Nikki is trained to place sealants and polish teeth. Additionally, she has mastered impression making and fabricating provisional restorations. As concierge coordinator, Nikki’s main objective is to provide exceptional support and service for our patients. She loves working in a field where she can provide outstanding customer service while still having fun!
Nikki enjoys working with a variety of patients and helping others along their journey to achieve their best possible smile and oral health. She values learning from patients and is always working towards improving her skills and providing the best possible experience for those entrusted into her care. She is passionate about combating dental fears and making it her number one priority that patients feel comfortable during their appointments. She also enjoys building relationships with patients and impressing others with the unique experience we create at our office.
When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trying new restaurants, and exploring the city of Chicago.
Amanda received her associates degree in dental hygiene from Prairie State College. No stranger to the dental industry, she was an orthodontic dental assistant for seven years before attending hygiene school. During this time, Amanda worked chairside with patients and developed a passion for creating quality, comfortable experiences for those entrusted into her care.
A lifelong learner always eager to stay current, her dedication and special training equip Amanda with many advanced skills. She has special certifications to be able to administer local anesthetic and administer nitrous oxide. Additionally, she is certified to provide laser assisted periodontal therapy. Amanda loves keeping up with the most current research and technology and is always excited to expand her skillset.
Amanda’s high standards for her work coupled with her positive attitude are her greatest strengths. A doctor-phobic patient herself, she always practices with a kind heart, open mind, and gentle hands to put patients at ease and ensure they have an exceptional visit. Amanda is particularly excited to be a part of a team that places such a great emphasis on creating positive experiences for fearful patients. She takes a lot of pride in transforming a phobic patient's outlook and creating a fun, relaxing environment.
When not in the office, you can find Amanda spending time with her dogs and family. A huge animal lover, she often volunteers her time at the local rescue.
Stefanie completed her Bachelors in Applied Science from the University of Iowa. She then received her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene from the College of Dupage. She has 11 years of experience as a dental hygienist and a love for helping people maintain excellent oral health. She has special certifications to be able to administer local anesthetic and provide laser assisted periodontal therapy as well.
Stefanie takes pride in creating comfortable, fun dental visits for her patients. Her devotion and interest in new research motivate her to stay a lifelong student. She believes continuing her education is the key to providing the best care for each and every patient she treats.
When not in the office, you may find yourself in one of Stef’s yoga classes. During her free time, Stefanie is a yoga-holic, spend time outdoors, and enjoys visiting with her nephews and bulldog, Hulk.
Nicole received her Associates in Applied Science from Lake Land College. She then completed her Bachelors in Dental Hygiene at Northern Arizona University. She has 8 years of experience as a dental hygienist and a passion for educating and assisting people in bettering their oral health.
Nicole is dedicated to being a lifelong learner. In additional to furthering her education through continuing education courses, she also enjoys collaborating with other professionals. She has special certification to administer local anesthetic and monitor nitrous oxide. Additionally, Nicole has received multiple certifications to provide laser-enhanced periodontal therapy.
Nicole takes great pride in creating a comfortable, stress-free environment for her patients. She practices with a kind heart and gentle touch, always making sure her patients feels at ease and relaxed. She prides herself on providing excellent patient education, ensuring her clients understand how to maintain optimal dental health and have answers to any and all oral health questions or concerns. She is committed to creating positive dental experiences for all entrusted into her care.
Outside of the office, you will find Nicole at the gym preparing for a bodybuilding competition or at-home snuggled up with her two fur babies, Zoey and Lola watching a movie or reading a book. She grew up in a small country town a near the Starved Rock area so needless to say, she also loves being active outdoors.
Derriece completed her certification in dental assisting from Everest College. She has worked hard to receive additional certifications in coronal polishing and sealant placement. She has also completed advanced courses to be certified in assisting and monitoring for nitrous oxide, oral sedation, and IV sedation. Currently, Derriece is continuing her education at the College of DuPage in pursuit of her dream to become a dental hygienist.
With a love for teeth, Derriece has been working as a dental assistant for the past five years. Her advanced certifications and extreme talent are invaluable and enable her to provide exceptional chairside care for our patients. As our lead dental assistant, Derriece also executes all of our rigorous protocols to ensure our equipment, materials, and facility meet the highest standards of safety and sterility.
Her favorite aspect of her job is being hands on with patients. When she’s not telling jokes, Derriece enjoys spreading her positive energy throughout the office and working hard to ensure every patient leaves with a smile.
During her free time, Derriece enjoys listening to Adele and being an awesome mom! When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her spending time with her sweet son who can always put a smile on her face.

Deizuna “Dee” is from Bolingbrook, Illinois where she grew up with her two brothers. She attended the University of Missouri to study Health Sciences and is currently a proud member of the Army National Guard. Dee has been working hard on expanding her skillset receiving training to monitor sedation, provide sealants, and polish teeth.
After getting her braces off in high school, Dee realized how impactful a smile can be to one’s self-esteem and decided to pursue a career in being a “smile-maker.” Dee began dental assisting where she learned the basics of dentistry. Having discovered a new passion, she is currently in pursuit of a dental degree and has hopes to become an orthodontist.
Dee thrives on the daily challenges her job brings. A woman of many talents, she is the ultimate team player. In particular ,she feels at home at our office because of the relationships she has built with our team members and patients. Dee takes pride in ensuring patient comfort is always a top priority.
In her spare time, you will find Dee reading a book, cooking, or watching Law and Order SVU reruns.
Kelsey is a student from the class of 2019 at Naperville Central High School. She is a member of the business club, DECA, for a second year and a freshman mentor. Kelsey enjoys mentoring her students and helping them become more involved with school activities. She is also on the varsity softball team at Naperville Central and plays travel softball as well.
Kelsey became a patient of Dr. Gantos' and began working in the office shortly afterward. Her office duties include various administrative tasks and being a helping hand to anyone who needs it. Before coming to the office she had a fear of the dentist, but with help of Dr. Gantos and her team, she is happy to report that fear has gone away!
She plans to study sociology in college and continue her softball career in college. During her free time Kelsey enjoys hanging out with friends, listening to music and playing with her two dogs.
After graduating high school while living in Momence, Illinois, Kyle enlisted in the Marine Corps and served on active duty for four years. After his discharge in 2011, he joined the Marine Corps Reserve where he still serves today. A passion for helping others, Kyle attended Kankakee Community College where he received his degree in Applied Science for Paramedic and obtained his Paramedic License in 2014. When not in our office, Kyle works at the Village of Park Forest Fire Department as both a firefighter and paramedic.
In an effort to ensure we are always providing the best sedation experiences for our clients, we were very excited to pair up with someone as talented and knowledgable as Kyle. In addition to his impressive skillset, he continues to take new courses and attends additional training opportunities throughout the year to keep his skills sharp and become truly masterful at his craft. Kyle’s passion for healthcare really shows through with the high standards he sets for himself.
When off duty, Kyle loves spending time with his wife and their three children. He also has a love for farming and can regularly be seen at his dad’s farm during the spring and the fall. Kyle truly is a jack of all trades!
